Moving

Okay, I never use this. But I do have 3 other Wordpress blogs. Moving past Xanga entries to Wordpress is a pain in the neck. Not that I'm posting that much, but I'd rather have everything in one place.

So without further adieu.... http://allisonjoy09.wordpress.com/

I can't sleep

It's almost 1:30 am. I'm wide awake. I think I'll try to soon.

I was prompted to read through old blogs and browsed through them from about 2 years ago until now. I noticed:

1. My current blogs are less articulate
2. My current blogs are less frequent
3. No one reads xanga anymore.

Should I move to wordpress? Perhaps, but can I morph all my old xanga posts into wordpress? I will have to look into that sometime soon.

I owe the blog-world an update on my life in Indianapolis, my new residence. It is coming.

But for now, I will try to sleep!

5 Days or "It came upon a midnight clear" or "What I will NOT miss about Nashville"

Well I had a nice post for 7 Days but I couldn't log onto Facebook that day, so now we come to 5 Days and the things I will NOT miss about Nashville! :)

1. It's dark at 4:30 in the winter
2. People running red lights
3. The incestuous nature of the city
4. Idiots in the parking lot behind my work
5. The rock star look: the hair, the tight girl jeans, the all black look. I'm sure this is in Indy too but hopefully not to this same degree.
6. The way people freak out about bad weather
7. Hiding my hair things in my dresser because the cat will jump up there and steal them
8. 3 girls + 1 bathroom.
9. Paying rent (though I will be swapping this out for monthly school payments)

What about you? What things would you NOT miss about Nashville if you were moving?

7 Days or "I wonder as I wander"

Hooray! I have three more things that I did! At my going away party, Amy, Bex, Charity, and Erin helped me cross several things off my list:

1. I learned how to play poker
